At Pedal Power, we stand behind our premium cycling components like we stand behind our premium chain locks – with complete confidence. However, we understand that sometimes a product might not be the perfect fit for your ride. That’s why we’ve created this straightforward returns policy that’s as smooth as a well-adjusted derailleur.
Our Returns Promise
We offer a 15-day return window from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In its original packaging
- Unused and in the same condition as when you received it
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Saddles (due to hygiene considerations)
- Chainrings that show signs of installation or wear
- Any products that have been installed or used
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return:
- Contact our team within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for approval – we’ll respond within 1 business day with return instructions
- Package your item securely in its original packaging
- Ship it back to our Bristol warehouse (return shipping is at your expense)
- Receive confirmation when we process your return

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email to notify you that we’ve received your returned item. We’ll also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Timeline:
- Credit card/PayPal payments: 5-10 business days after we process your return
- Bank transfers: 7-14 business days
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. If you paid via PayPal, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, please indicate this in your return request. We’ll process the exchange once we receive your original item back. You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs.
For defective or incorrect items, we’ll cover the return shipping costs – just include a copy of your shipping receipt with your return.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items. We can’t guarantee we’ll receive your returned item without proper tracking.
